The design project of the The Vine hotel was given to the prestigious Madeiran designer Nini Andrade Silva, who was inspired by the wine production cycle, which revolves around the 4 seasons. The architectural project was collaboration between João Francisco Caires and Catalan Ricardo Bofill, who lent his personal sophisticated exuberance to this post-modern contemporary hotel.
Going up to the open terrace, the floors are themed by season, colouring each of the floors accordingly, from the warm tonalities of Summer to the bluer, fresher tones of Winter. The Wine here is celebrated to the fullest.
